While 5ML HEALTHCARE employs high-precision diagnostic and life-support tools, medicine remains an inexact science.

• We do not guarantee absolute cures. All treatments carry inherent biological risks.
• In cases requiring super-speciality surgery, our liability ends upon the safe transfer of the patient to the partnered hospital via our referral network.

02. Emergency Dispatch Protocols

Our 24/7 Rapid Ambulance network is governed by a strict medical triage system.

• Dispatch times are subject to unit availability and live traffic conditions.
• The Chief Medical Officer or attending Paramedic holds absolute authority to override route choices based on the patient's immediate survival requirements.

03. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking an online appointment secures your position in our queue, but exact consultation times may fluctuate due to active critical emergencies in the clinic. 5ML reserves the right to reschedule non-critical OPD checkups if our medical staff is deployed for a code-red trauma event.

04. Billing & Financial Architecture

Transparency is mandated across all our financial operations:

• All pharmaceutical and pathology transactions will be strictly accompanied by a digital or physical GST receipt.
• Fees paid for consumed medical consumables, injections, or completed lab diagnostics are strictly non-refundable.

05. Misconduct Policy

5ML HEALTHCARE maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards physical or verbal abuse directed at our medical staff, paramedics, or administrative personnel. Any such actions will trigger immediate cessation of services and immediate notification to local law enforcement.

06. Developer Caution & IP Rights

The entire digital ecosystem, UI/UX architecture, database logic, and underlying codebase of the 5ML HEALTHCARE platform are exclusively engineered and maintained by Meqarva Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

• Strict Prohibition: Unauthorized cloning, scraping, or reverse-engineering of this brutalist clinical interface, source code, or design framework is strictly forbidden and actively monitored.
